Genomic Identification Infrastructure for Sovereign Government Systems

The Aveum Global Identity System (GIS) is a deterministic genomic identification platform engineered for national-scale deployment. The system is comprised of a cryptographic extraction engine, a multi-tier sovereign database, an encrypted transport protocol, and a one-click integration adapter for existing government infrastructure.

Designed for use in National Identity Programs, Criminal Justice, Immigration Control, Military Personnel Identification, Law Enforcement, and unmatched Forensic Operations. Adaptable to existing national databases including CODIS, NDNAD, FNAEG, DAD, INTERPOL I-24/7, NGI/AFIS, REAL ID, and equivalent sovereign systems worldwide.

Aveum is privately funded institutional-grade infrastructure. No federal grants. No government funding. No external data dependencies. Absolute data autonomy.

What the System Does

Aveum GIS transforms a Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) dataset — approximately 300 GB of raw sequencing data per subject — into a compact, deterministic 15-character hexadecimal digital ID with complete traceability to the source DNA. Each output is an AveumID: a sovereign biometric identity anchor derived entirely from biology. This is not a cloud service.

15-Hex Global Identifier

Each GIS identifier is a unique 15-character hexadecimal code derived deterministically from the subject's genomic data. The identifier space supports the entire global population with zero collision probability. Built-in Genomic Duplicate Safety Hash (GDSH) resolution ensures no two subjects can receive the same identifier, regardless of population scale.

WGS-to-Identifier Compression

The system ingests standard WGS output (~300 GB per subject in FASTQ/BAM/VCF format) and produces a lightweight GIS anchor in sub-second time. The full WGS dataset remains archived with complete traceability — the 15-hex identifier serves as a fast-retrieval key to the original source DNA data.

Lightweight Systems Framework

Unlike any WGS management system or biometric identity platform globally in place today, Aveum GIS operates on commodity hardware. A single 128 GB RAM workstation can host an entire national database in-memory. An entire continental population (335M+ subjects) fits on one rack server at approximately 33.5 TB.

Privacy by Architecture

Zero-knowledge design — the system does not ingest, store, or process health markers, racial indicators, or medical data. Forensic identification and kinship auditing are performed without exposing protected health information. Compliant with GDPR, PIPEDA, PDPL, and national data sovereignty requirements.

On-Premise. Decentralized. Annual License.

Aveum GIS is not a SaaS product and is not hosted in any third-party cloud. The system deploys directly onto the sovereign entity's own infrastructure under an annual license agreement. Each deployment is independent and decentralized — no data leaves the nation's perimeter.

One-Click System Adaptation

Pre-built sovereign API adapters provide single-step integration with existing government infrastructure. Certified adapters for Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft Azure environments. Native API compatibility with all G7 national identification frameworks and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "Vision-Scale" programs.

Existing System Compatibility

Designed to operate alongside and within existing national systems without requiring architectural replacement. Plugs directly into CODIS, NDNAD, FNAEG, DAD, NGI/AFIS, INTERPOL I-24/7, and equivalent databases. All use cases — immigration, military, national ID, passports, law enforcement, forensic — served from a single deployment.

How to Evaluate

Aveum does not publish pricing, license terms, or technical specifications. Access to product documentation and evaluation materials follows a structured process:

  1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) — Mutual NDA executed between Aveum and the sovereign entity.
  2. Product Specification Review — Complete technical documentation provided post-NDA.
  3. 30-Day Evaluation License — Terms and conditions reviewed; evaluation license signed.
  4. Controlled Evaluation — Synthetic-data testing on sovereign infrastructure.
  5. Sovereign License Execution — Annual license agreement upon successful evaluation.

To initiate the NDA process, reach us here. All inquiries require a verifiable government email address.

Secure Ingest Protocol

A two-stage cryptographic pipeline transforms raw genomic data into a permanent sovereign identity anchor. No health markers. No racial indicators. No medical data.

XLE-M Ingestion Station

Input files (.vcf, .fa, .gz) are calibrated via the LabPak Base Pair Service. A deterministic bio-coordinate mapping algorithm extracts specific base pairs into an encrypted .aveum artifact.

FLO-M Tunnel

The encrypted .aveum artifact is transported via encrypted POST through the FLO-M protocol to the Ark Endpoint, where it undergoes 5-stage cryptographic processing before anchoring in the Multi-Tier Sovereign Database.
